What makes me tick?

Imagine a pizza place owner having the ability to predict its sales volume on any given day simply by knowing what the barometric pressure and temperature is outside. Imagine the customer satisfaction when that business owner has the ability to have fresh ingredients delivered daily instead of having a weeks worth of ingredients lying around getting old and stale. Think about the cost savings in waste reduction and appropriate staffing.

The business world has seen a paradigm shift in how to make business decisions. If a business isn't collecting and analyzing its data to make better decisions quicker, they will be in trouble soon, if they aren't already struggling. My passion is finding what data needs to be collected, how to collect it, how to build and design systems to analyze that data quickly, presenting that vital information to executive teams providing them the opportunity to develop the knowledge needed to keep the business safe, stay ahead of the competition and grow revenue exponentially.

Designated as the "Systems Visionary" of the company, I am responsible for the teams in charge of all information systems, custom software development, data lakes, business intelligence platforms & robotic process automation (RPA) within TBI as we focus on automation & partner tools to drive revenue to the next level.

As the Business Intelligence Manager I was responsible for the overall businesses information systems strategy, all corporate data, system assessments, design, implementation, integration's, vendor relationships, contract negotiations and more.

PROJECT MANAGER OF DATA ANALYTICS
July 2013 to August 2015 - TBI,Inc.
In this role I strategically managed all sales, financial, and operational data across the organization, while ensuring high levels of data integrity. Created automated operational processes as well as automated KPI reporting for the organization. The role is to provide the business intelligence needed to to take the organization to improve revenue.

NOTABLE SIDE PROJECTS
PropaneTrainingServices.com: Implemented a Shopify website to take traditional on site propane training courses online. This project came about while speaking to a neighbor as the pandemic started. Since traditionally his trainings were all on site, business dried up quickly as the pandemic started. We got him online quickly while automating a few of the steps to streamline the process & finally ran some email marketing campaigns to drive more business. His business is back to healthy & thriving. As he said, "Taking this online has far exceeded my expectations".
